With over 24 years of experience in manufacturing, sourcing, and procurement, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver quality, efficiency, and innovation in all aspects of my work. I have a strong background in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, and supply chain management, and I am currently pursuing a certification in purchasing and contracts management. As the AGM of SCM, Sourcing and Procurement Operations at Q and Q Solutions, I oversee all the activities related to sourcing, procurement, and operations, and I collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve the company\'s vision and goals. In my current role, I have successfully implemented new processes, improved the sales through operations excellence, and developed new products in various metals in machining and sourcing. I have also increased the turnover from 5Cr to 280 Cr per annum, and ensured compliance with quality and safety standards. Some of the skills that I have applied and developed in this role include manufacturing process improvement, industrial engineering, operations management, QA and QC, and CTQ development. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team, and I always seek to learn new things and challenge myself.
