Accomplished and results-driven professional with 12+ years of experience in Procurement, Technical Relationship Management, and Vendor Management. Skilled in Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Vendor Relations, Procurement Reporting, and Diagnostics. Demonstrated success in leading sourcing strategies, driving digital transformation, and shaping IT product initiatives. Played a key role in establishing a Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE) and advancing enterprise-wide process modernization efforts. Currently serving as Sr. Program Manager, Technology Relationship & Supply Management within the Office of the CIO (OCIO), where I lead multiple high-impact programs and manage strategic vendor relationships across a broad range of technology categories. I play a central role in the vendor selection process—including emerging areas like GenAI—ensuring cross-functional alignment with key stakeholders such as Vendor Risk Management, Principal Architects, Architecture Review Board, Product Teams, GenAI Ethics and Compliance, Procurement, Finance, and Legal. Serve as Adobe’s global lead for the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, managing the strategic relationship with Microsoft and partnering with internal service owners to ensure enterprise licensing requirements are met, optimized, and efficiently maintained. Additional responsibilities include mitigating data risk across the organization and regularly reporting progress to executive and C-level leadership. I also lead efforts in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, contract negotiation, risk identification and mitigation, cost optimization, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations—all while fostering strong, high-performance vendor partnerships.
