Started my career as a Cognos Administrator, managing Cognos environments on both Linux and Windows. Then started supporting data issues and there I developed strong SQL skills, enabling me to analyze, backtrack, and resolve data discrepancies effectively by working with ETL and source teams.Gradually involved in enhancements and development, building advanced reports and dashboards in Cognos Analytics and now also in Looker Studio. I now work in a dual role, handling both Cognos administration and BI development on Cognos and Looker, translating business needs into actionable reports and dashboards.I am involved in the full BI lifecycle — from requirement gathering and data preparation to dashboard delivery and production support. I have AWS and GCP hands on experience and attained AWS and GCP certifications.I am passionate about data analysis through BI solutions that help business uncover hidden insights which helps in better decision making.
