My responsibilities are diverse and encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth and ethical conduct of research trials.• Collaborate with principal investigators (PIs) to develop research protocols and study objectives.• Assist in obtaining necessary regulatory approvals, including Institutional Review Board (IRB) and informed consent.• Identify and screen potential study patients based on inclusion/exclusion criteria.• Maintain accurate records of study patient enrollment and demographics.• Collect data from patients through interviews, medical examinations, and laboratory tests.• Ensure data is accurately recorded, stored securely, and remains confidential in compliance with Good clinical practice.• Perform Clinical assessments, measurements, and procedures required by the study protocol.• Collaborate with other members of the research team, including research nurses, data managers, and biostatisticians.• Proficient in literature review, writing manuscripts, and publishing the research results.
