I work in the Genome Technologies Department at JAX Genomic Medicine, supporting both research and clinical-facing programs through bioinformatics, genomics, and computational biology. My work focuses on developing scalable, reproducible analysis pipelines for next-generation sequencing (NGS) data, including short-read, long-read, and multi-omics assays. I have hands-on experience with cloud computing for genomic data analysis, including Illumina Connected Analytics and DRAGEN pipelines, as well as high-performance computing environments. I have a background in computational method development, mathematical modeling, and biophysical simulation, and I work independently on complex analytical problems while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams. My primary research focus is three-dimensional genome organization, including the development of computational analysis methods for high-throughput data generated by proximity ligation–based technologies (Hi-C, ChIA-PET, ChIA-Drop, ChIATAC), as well as transcriptomic, epigenetics, and microscopy-based imaging techniques.
