My recent work includes building RAG-based chatbots using ColBERT v2 and Mistral-7B, fine-tuning LLaMA3 with LoRA for Hinglish-to-English translation, and creating end-to-end NLP pipelines that automate agent evaluation at scale.Previously, I have designed a CatBoost-based credit risk model trained on over one million customer profiles that reduced NPAs by 25 percent, built a fraud scoring system that identified and removed more than one lakh high-risk profiles to significantly lower personal loan fraud, and developed automation pipelines that improved bidding efficiency for Amazon Marketing Services while reducing manual intervention.
