Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and engaging top talent to meet BCE Global tech\'s hiring needs. Utilize and Manage external recruitment portals like linked in, indeed, Naukri, Shine etc, for Sourcing and Screening candidates. Sourcing the candidates on a daily basis, determine applicants qualifications by comparing to job requirements. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Encourage current employees to refer peers from their professional networks. Screening the candidates by conducting telephonic or personal interviews. Scheduling the candidates by conducting interviews via MS teams from the personalized portal and via outlook. Communicating the employment status to the applied candidates. Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates. Working closely with hiring manager to stay informed of their hiring needs within finding the right candidate to fill the requisition. Verifying references and to ensure qualified candidates are selected Ensured adherence to BCE Global Tech\'s recruitment policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
