Utilize and Manage external recruitment portals like linked in, indeed, Naukri, Shine etc, for Sourcing and Screening candidates. Sourcing the candidates on a daily basis, determine applicants qualifications by comparing to job requirements. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
