Flowturb Solutions Assistant Pre-Processor (KTC Nagar, Tirunelveli )(June 3rd, 2024 – Till Now Present)Responsibilities: · Performed CFD pre-processing using AutoCAD, Gambit, and FDS to support ventilation and fire simulation projects · Worked on car parking’s basements,new construction buildings and commercial buildings projects and so on. · Create precise 2D geometries in AutoCAD 2008 or Newer versions by drawing regions and boundaries based on client DWG files. · Import CAD models into Gambit to configure meshing setups for jet fan and fresh air/exhaust fan layouts. · Capture top-view & ISO images from Gambit for use in client-facing reports and PowerPoint presentations. · Performing computational meshes optimized for CFD analysis. · Design jet fan placements and CO sensor locations in AutoCAD with dimensioning and labels for final submission. · Set up boundary conditions, mesh parameters, and solver configurations aligned with project goals. · Collaborate with engineers on model validation and scenario testing using FDS. · Assist in post-processing simulation results to generate technical reports and visual insights. · Coordinate with engineers to ensure accurate input geometry for CFD simulations and visual documentation.
