As a Talent Partner - Engineering at Rubrik, I have the opportunity to work with some of the best engineers in the cloud data management industry. I have a Bachelor\'s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur, which gives me a solid foundation to understand the technical skills and challenges of the candidates I recruit.Since joining Rubrik in Feb 2021, I have successfully hired several engineers for various roles, such as SE, SSE, Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, and Engineering Managers. I look for candidates who have strong skills in large scale distributed systems, concurrency and multithreading programming, core Java, and SQL. I also create a positive and engaging candidate experience, and build long-term relationships with candidates and clients.Previously, I worked as a Talent Acquisition for InterviewBit, one of the top startups in India that provides interview preparation services for software engineers. I helped InterviewBit grow its team of elite software engineers from hundreds of thousands of users across the globe, including Asia, US, and Europe. I also worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant for other leading companies, such as ThoughtSpot, Hotstar, and Anzy Careers.I have more than five years of hands-on experience in recruitment, and I am passionate about finding and connecting with talented people who can solve some of the hardest technical challenges in the industry. I enjoy working with diverse and collaborative teams, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies.
