Working As Accounts Manager-Roles & Responsibilities-ACCOUNTING & TAXATION:• Preparing & Filling of Balance Sheet, CMA Report, Tax Audit Report, Financials Statement including Consolidated Financial Statement and Analysis of Financials.• Managing & Financial Report in SAP FICO.• Performing monthly bank reconciliations by downloading and verifying data from SAP against bank statements.• Managed posting and transfer entries within SAP, ensuring accurate financial records.• TDS (Monthly Depositing TDS, Quarterly Return, TDS Certificate etc.)• Filing of GST Returns-(GST3B, GSTR-1, GSTR2A, GST9, GST9C), Service & Sales Tax.• Vat refund against export, DDBK etc. & Booking of Gain & Loss of Currency Rate Exchange.• Preparing MIS (Management Information Report).• Preparing and posting of journal entries during month end close.• Follow-up with Accounts Receivables (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) to clear the GL accounts. • Supporting Internal & External Audit for Financial Reporting. • Registration under Director General of Foreign Trade (IEC) & BRC Working.• Registration under Goods & Service Tax (GST).• Registration of Food and Safety License and Registration under (FSSAI) Authority.COMPANY LAW:• Drafting of Notices, Resolutions, and Minutes etc.• Drafting of various Deeds, Agreements.• Filling form of PAS-3 of Allotment of Shares, Share Transfer etc.• ROC Annual filling forms (Form 23AC, Form 23ACA, Form GNL-2, Form 20B, Form-66, Form AOC-4, Form AOC-4 CFS, Form AOC-4-XBRL Filling, Form MGT-7, Form MGT-7A, Form- CFSS) etc. • Knowledge of Alteration of Authorized Share Capital & Paid–up Share Capital etc.• Incorporation of Companies, LLP etc.• Preparing & E-Filling Forms Annual Filing Forms and Event Base Compliances i.e. Form SH-7, Form DIR-12, Form DIR-11, Form CHG-1, Form CHG-4, Form DIR-3, Form DIR-3KYC, Web KYC, Form DIR-6, Form ADT-1, ADT-3 including Forms LLP-11, Forms LLP-8 etc. filing to ROC(Registrar of Companies).
