I am a nanomedicine researcher specializing in the design and development of advanced lipid and polymeric nanoparticle platforms for cancer therapy, mRNA/siRNA delivery, and personalized immunotherapy. My work integrates cutting-edge nanotechnology, AI-driven drug discovery, and translational oncology with the overarching goal of developing next-generation therapeutics capable of overcoming major challenges such as drug resistance, limited tumor targeting, and inadequate immune modulation.My research focuses on several key areas:mRNA and siRNA delivery systems — leveraging microfluidic manufacturing technologies to enhance nanoparticle stability, improve cellular targeting, and maximize therapeutic efficacy.Peptide-based polyvalent nanovaccines — engineering lipid-conjugated antigen platforms combined with TLR and STING agonists to induce strong, durable, and tumor-specific immune responses.AI-enabled small-molecule discovery — designing novel inhibitors targeting oncogenic signaling pathways, including GIPC1, in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and triple-negative breast cancer.Dual-drug nanocarriers and biomimetic delivery systems — developing synergistic combination therapies to enhance therapeutic outcomes and overcome resistance mechanisms.Over the years, I have contributed to multiple high-impact publications, international patent (PCT) filings, and federally funded research projects supported by agencies such as the DoD and NIH.
