I rebuilt the cart and checkout system to support multi-product purchasing—boosting conversion rates—and optimized MongoDB pipelines to significantly reduce search load times. I engineered a secure, approval-based messaging system, integrated major payment gateways (Upayments v2, Tap, Tamara), and automated logistics workflows with UPS and OTO. I also enhanced account security with JWT authentication and granular permission controls, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact features on time.
