Responsible for Cost control of Asset Portfolio Projects.(5-15 mil USD – 30 projects) • Support the delivery of consistent and appropriate cost management structures/tools/processes/standardized work procedures / project control plans for Portfolio of small Capital Projects (site) throughout all the phases.• Setting up the project, Cost breakdown creation and budget time phasing of project in Ecosys.• Analysing CJI3 & CJI5 SAP reports and uploading the commitments and actuals for all the projects. • Monitor the Owners Cost ( Pre FEED and FEED manhours, travel and third party cost), Contractor’s performance and updating the actuals.• Performing monthly Accruals (Value of Work down calculation) and deliver accurate/high-quality monthly LE Forecasts for Projects.• Accurate forecasting analysing the submitted progress report, actuals, commitments and calculating the ETC for the remaining period for the work package. • Performing earned value analysis for measuring the current performance (Cost performance Index CPI, Schedule performance index SPI) and building the forecast (ETC Estimate to complete and EAC Estimate at completion).• Generation of accurate monthly cost report (OC1, Contingency Draw down) to show the current performance, Forecast, contingency spending pattern and any early visible trends and leading indicators.• Reviewing & Analysing change orders, checking the budget for the change orders and analysing the Contingency cost if the same can be covered from the contigency declared. • Support in building type 2 (Selection) and 3 estimates (Definitive) for mid-sized capital projects (Downstream and LNG Projects).• Collection of Project DG3, DG4 and actual data in data templates for internal benchmarking. • Coordination with IPA for closeout benchmarking analysis of Projects.
