My responsibilities include:Talent Development: Identifying, nurturing, and promoting young cricketing talent from across Chhattisgarh. We aim to provide a platform for budding cricketers to achieve their dreams and reach national and international stages.Strategic Management: Managing and overseeing all cricket-related activities, ensuring the smooth functioning of leagues, tournaments, and developmental programs.League Management: Proudly managing the Chhattisgarh Cricket Premier League (CCPL), the first-ever professional league organized by CSCS. CCPL serves as a platform for showcasing talent while raising the standard of cricket in our state.Compliance and Governance: Ensuring strict adherence to the State Bylaws and the regulations set forth by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), maintaining transparency and fairness in all operations.Liaising with BCCI: Collaborating closely with the BCCI to align our efforts with national cricketing goals and represent the interests of Chhattisgarh cricket at the national level.Collaborations: Building partnerships with sports academies, schools, and organizations to foster growth and widen the reach of cricket in Chhattisgarh.Vision: To elevate the state\'s cricket infrastructure, boost participation, and ensure that Chhattisgarh becomes a key contributor to India’s cricketing talent pool.I’m excited to be part of this transformative journey and committed to furthering the legacy of cricket in Chhattisgarh!
