   Primary point of contact for the customer, starting from reviewing the purchase order to the cash collections.Prepare the project charter and work with various stakeholders to ensure successful completion of the project.Go through the project specifications, and contracts to understand the various commercial and technical aspects of executing the project.Identify the various bottlenecks/risks associated and work with stakeholders to ensure that the project is executed as per the project scope.Prepare the project status reports and share them with relevant stakeholders.Work with customers for document submissions and approvals.Conduct the pre-inspection meeting with the customer, production, and QC for seamless inspection. Work with various agencies such as DGFT, IBR, TPIs, etc to ensure timely shipment.Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and bring resolutions.Review the contractual performance of both parties to ensure compliance.Responsible for submission of final documentation and timely collection of receivables.Representing the cases for dispute resolution and documenting the lessons learned.
