Hari Eswar is a PGPM Graduate from IIM Trichy \'24. There, he excelled in academics and worked on several real-life business problems through the internship and a series of esteemed case competitions and live projects. Hari Eswar did his internship at Cummins as a Strategy intern where, in the span of 8 weeks, he assisted the Corporate Strategy Team in finding potential paths for Cummins in the Hydrogen Storage Space. He has also had the privilege of representing the institution twice in the national forum. One, while working on the Category management of Smartwatches, he devised an end-to-end Go-to-market Strategy for the same during Mi Summit 4.0. Two, Samsung Edge 7.0, where he worked on a communication plan and Channel Strategy for the IoT Ecosystem. He has also tailored a GTM Strategy for an event ticketing platform, Premier Tickets, in three new markets - the US, the UK, and Canada. Prior to his MBA, Hari Eswar worked in Byju\'s as a Business Development Manager for close to two years, where he handled a team of up to 25 and generated a revenue of ₹1.5 Crores by acquiring 200+ Customers. He also has experience in Face Prep as a Regional manager in Business Development, where he formulated a sales strategy for a new service that was launched in West Tamil Nadu. He orchestrated the end-to-end execution of the services launched by coordinating with various stakeholders across all departments.
