Dear Ma\'am/Sir,I am looking for an opportunity. Currently, I was working with ALP Retail Pvt. Ltd. as a Learning and Development Executive and there are some noted points below as per discussed my job details.For training program, I need to move from one state to another state due to outlets visit and training purposes which are scaled by HR and L&D Manager. We provide practical and theoretical sessions to the organized staff, Keeping in mind we also conduct them motivational and ice-breaking sessions also.Develop and prepare PPT in which the topic is assigned by our respective L&D Manager and illustrate them in the training session.Also, conduct the recruitment process with the help of our HR Manager as per the requirements.Conduct training and development needs reported by the head of the department and approved by management for better proper work techniques and practical skills in the work field. Ensure and arrange all the necessary equipment and materials relating to the effects of the training. Developing training programs on hospitality operations by delivering theoretical and Practical sessions. Report on activities cost and performance day by day to our respective L&D Manager.Develop testing and evaluation procedures and report to our respective L&D Manager.Thank you.
