As GM & Head – Mechanical (MEP) Airport Terminal Infrastructure, I am handling multiple greenfield & brownfield projects as a part of Airport Infrastructure development of medium to large scale & responsible for overall Project delivery from Concept Design to Handover stage. Key areas being Design development with Value engineering, Budget Estimation & Site Coordination & management for successful delivery of the project within predefined budget & timeliness. Leading the MEP Terminal Infra team, to develop sustainable designs for all MEP services related to airport buildings & infrastructure utilities of Delhi International Airport.Key areas include Concept & Detailed Design approval, Budget & Cost estimation, Project monitoring & Control, Value engineering in Design & Construction stage in order to reduce project cost for MEPF systems. Internal Stakeholder management with HR, Commercial & Contracts, HSE, Quality, Finance & associated corporate & divisional functions & External Stakeholder management with Architect, Structural & MEP Consultant, Civil & MEP Contractors, Regulators & Govt. authorities on various Design & Site related issues for smooth delivery of the Project as per set program, budget & contract terms.Key Projects Handled : IGI Airport DIAL Terminal 1D Expansion, General Aviation Hangers for Code B&C Type Aircraft, Air India MRO Hanger for Code C&D aircraft, Indian Air Force MRO Hangar, Airport Cargo City Expansion, VIP Lounge development at Terminal T3, Redevelopment of Terminal T2, IGI Airport, Utility diversion for Cargo City development at IGI airport, Airport Operation & Control Centre(AOCC) Building development, Bhogapuram International Airport development.
