Receive Purchase Planning from software for day to day basis activity. Floating Quotation in-line with technical requirements, identifying competitive vendors, collection of quotations, preparing comparisons & taking approval from Project Head. Prepare the Purchase order in software & place to the vendor. Strictly maintaining delivery schedules of materials as per Maintenance requirements. Interaction with end users for better understanding of their needs & suggesting necessary changes, as appropriate. Coordination with inter departments for procedure fulfilment. Co-responsible for cost effective purchase of Spare, Services & General Materials. Vendor development. Dealing with local vendors for credit purchases. To monitor non-moving items in every quarter. Implementation of Annual rate contracts (ARC) with guaranteed savings & timely delivery. Receiving Goods for Inspection in line with Purchase Orders whenever required. Reporting of Material rejections / non conformities with Vendor, Indentor, P&C and Accounts department and ensuring prompt remedial actions. Vendor account ledger confirmation with time to basis. Coordinate with Head Office procure dept. for H.O purchase. Discuss with Project Head & work as per company norms.
