Performing risk advisory and assurance activities as part of Shell IRM LOD2 team for Global Functions (GF) – Corporate portfolio- Engaged on providing inline advisory and assurance activities for top programs (Health application) and ensured Most Confidential (MC) rigor Security & Privacy controls are implemented for SaaS consumption. Involved and advised in entire IRM stage gates life cycle (SG1, 2, 4, 5) and provided signoffs from IRM side. Also engaged on Risk assessment activities – BIA (Business Impact Assessment) and LRA (Legal and Regulatory assessment) to identify the criticality of the application and type of data involved to advise on corresponding controls that can be scoped for the application based on risk- Engaged on PRR (Portfolio Risk Review) on a Monthly basis covering Findings trend analysis, risk posture dashboards (including LMA dashboard) and Aggregated risk view. Also engaged on Findings management (advise on residual, inherent risks, review, open the finding and provide advice on strategic solution to remediate the risk involved)- Engaged on other BAU advisory and assurance activities – DE (Design Effectiveness) testing for all Corporate and Legal related applications, RFPs (Performing Vendor Tiering Assessment) providing IRM scoring and involve in decision making to onboard the right vendor meeting Shell standard security requirements, POCs (to assess and advise on applicable lightweight control framework)- Engaged on Ad hoc business requests – Control scoping/descoping, reviewing and advising on points related to the IRM Security schedule appendix A before signing contracts with third party vendor (RFP), advise on third party access to vendor, project Stage gate signoffs and Retrospective assurance, analysis of high risk LMA application finding.
