Oversee mechanical inspections, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure adherence to quality standards.Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and specifications of project/Plant. Closely Monitoring Quality Performance index (QPI) and Product Quality Index (PQI), CAR/PAR (Corrective action/Preventive action) & NCR control, Control on repetitive occurrence, Maintaining Construction Quality of the contractor,Quality Auditing of EPCM/PMC/EPC/Contractor to maintaining Quality STANDARD of project and Plant.Attend Progress Standup Meeting, Communication with TOP Management, Middle Management, Colleague’s and team mate for achieving Quality Milestones of Project.Attending Monthly Progress meeting, Weekly Progress Meeting, monitoring Micro Project/plant planning to meet the Quality/Safety Requirement.Identify, document, and manage non-conformances, implementing corrective actions as needed. Lead and train QA/QC teams, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively. Verify contractor quality requirements and ensure vendor documentation meets project specifications. Communicate with various interdisciplinary like civil, electrical, instrument department for various problem solving on site.Pre-Inspection meeting with vendors, PMC, EPC, Manufacturers before start of inspection activity for discussing critical/Important requirements of job during inspection.
