   As Head of Engineering at Creator Games LLC, I lead the technology operations and report directly to the CEO and CTO. I am responsible for guiding the engineering team across frontend, backend, and DevOps, ensuring the delivery of scalable, reliable, and high-quality products.My role balances leadership with hands-on technical expertise. I oversee code reviews and architectural decisions, drive research and development initiatives, and step into critical technical areas—whether in frontend, backend, or machine learning—to solve complex challenges.At Creator Games, through our platform creatorexchange.io, we are redefining the creator economy in gaming. The company has committed to investing in up to 200 Roblox titles over the next three years, supporting developers in building, scaling, and monetizing their experiences.In this position, I focus on aligning engineering strategy with business goals, fostering innovation, and building systems that will support the growth of the Creator Exchange platform and the creators who rely on it.
