RESPONSIBITLITES HANDLED AS MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER HBI & DRI (Cap 10MTPA Sponge Iron): • Ground flore area process related equipment’s replacement, maintenance, alignment and servicing of Flue Gas Fan, DC Fan, Main Air Fan, Auxiliary Air Fan, Feed Gas Bundle, Hot Air Bundle, and NG Bundle, Individual Reformer Hose and tube replacement and blinding job, Bellows, Cooling gas mist eliminator, Process Gas Compressor (AIRZEN), cooler, its connected AOP and FLOP pump. • Furnace area equipment’s troubleshooting and maintenance of PDC Bubbler, Top Gas Scrubber-venturi, Surge bin bubbler, Dust collection scrubber-Venturi USG & LSG, Vibro feeder, All Screen Sizer, Intermediate burden feeder, Middle burden feeder, Upper burden feeder - arm, shaft and inside vessel entry lugs and backer disc replacement job, bearing, water-cooling hose, hyd cylinder and DRI 9701 and 9703 Gate. • Briquetting Equipment’s Maintenance of Fixed and floating roller and its Synchronization (KOPPERN), Wear Plates, Pedestal, Separator, Bearing, Hydraulic Ram, Mesh Belts, Drag Chains, Quench tank, CDRI & HDRI Bellow, Dust collection Area. • Utility area equipment’s Erection, commissioning, maintenance of Cooling towers and regular inspection of its gear box, WTP and Pump house All centrifugal pumps, Slurry feed Pumps, Flocculant system, Pressure sand filter, softener and agitator, clarifier central mechanism both gear drives, Variable displacement Motor. • Hydraulic Equipment’s maintenance – troubleshooting of Axial piston pump with gear pump A4VG 125EP Rexroth and 90R 130 KA, Radial piston motor HMS 345, CA50 and HMS515 & Hydraulic radial pump MOOG Rexroth RKP 63, RKP 46, and Radial piston pump, Accumulator, Hydraulic Cylinder and RAM (operating range210 bar) & DCV, Proportional control valve, Flow control valve, Relief valve, reducing valve, sequential valve and counterbalance valve, increase efficiency of Hyd system by installing ECL and LVDH.
