With over 13 years of robust experience in the IT sector, I currently hold the role of Service Delivery Lead - AMS (Application Management Services) for the IT Finance Business Unit of a prominent American petroleum refining, marketing, and transportation company. In my role, I lead a dynamic SAP and non-SAP AMS team of 40+, ensuring seamless service management of over 120 applications categorized in COTS(Commercial Off-the-Shelf), DotNet and SAP (Record-to-Report, Master Data Management, Source-To-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Planning & Reporting, GRC & Security, ABAP, and Basis) DotNet applications.My professional journey has been marked by a comprehensive understanding of service delivery operations and a consistent drive to optimize them. My approach revolves around the 3P\'s - People, Process, and Product - as I address customer needs and expectations. I am committed to ensuring Quality Delivery aligned with contractual commitments, budgets, compliances, and exceeding client expectations.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a proven track record in elevating customer satisfaction, enhancing service efficiency, and contributing significantly to business growth. Drawing from my background in SAP Business Intelligence and Business Objects, I have played a key role in developing dashboarding solutions for CxO\'s and Country Heads in a top dental company.
