Currently supporting as a Lead Maintenance & Shutdown Engineer. Setting up the entire process and streamlining the work flow with assigned Roles and Responsibilities. Responsible for Planning & Scheduling of upcoming pit stop shutdown and major maintenance activities. Handling a team of Planner & schedulers remotely to finalize the technical detail work packages & its detailschedule which incorporating in Primavera P6. Management of the entire process in lieu of execution of the scope during the finalized window. Procurement of Spares as per desired specification meeting the MESC and DEP standards.Optimizing the procurement cost by Smart Buying of spares. Preparation of Standardized work packs for the different RAM ratings for critical equipment. Developing & reviewing comprehensive work packs from overhaul reports, maintenance reports,general task list, equipment specific task lists, spare part list, equipment drawings, circuit diagrams,P & IDs, operation and maintenance manuals of OEMs etc. Maintenance, assurance, technical support and standardization of technical data and documents of theoperating units. Includes site engagement & leadership on technical forums. Engagement with maintenance leads, original equipment manufacturers, vendors and modify thework packs as recommended/required by the site maintenance personnel. Supporting implementation of stage-gated shut down processes for UTL & FGP Plant. Ensuring Implementation of MOC & Minor Projects for static & rotary equipment. Planning for mandatory spares, tools and tackles and manpower required for the heavy-duty equipment’sbased on the information extracted from maintenance manuals & parts list.
