Execute assigned tasks as directed by Construction Field Inspector Supervisor. • Conduct site inspections of assigned projects as required. • Maintain clear and accurate records of site inspections. • Maintain consistency and timeliness in completing daily time tickets and site inspections / field-level hazard assessments. • Complete project reporting and documentation in a timely manner. • Collect and interpret field data and calculations. • Collect and record measurements in the field of new and existing infrastructure to confirm record drawings for the Construction Field Inspector Supervisor. • Collect and record measurements in the field of the new infrastructure to confirm quantities for monthly progress payments. • Verify and record alignments, location and elevations of new and existing infrastructure. • Perform, witness and document various testing procedures as required for new and existing underground sanitary, storm and water infrastructure. • Attend scheduled project meetings as required. • Communicate effectively with the Construction Field Inspector Supervisor and contractors as needed to ensure project alignment. • Communicate site needs, changes, and issues to the Construction Field Inspector Manager. • Provide materials testing services on assigned sites (as required). • Before starting work, equip self with the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure it is in acceptable working condition, in compliance with BASE Health & Safety Standards. • Adhere to safe work practices as outlined by the BASE Health & Safety Standards. • Comply with / promote BASE safety requirements and QMS. • Identify hazards promptly and take appropriate measures in accordance with BASE Health & Safety Standards • Complete and FAC deliverables as directed by Construction Field Inspector Supervisor. • Assist in the mentorship of new Construction Field Inspectors. • Other duties as required and directed by the Construction Field Inspection Supervisor.
