Experience of 2*810 TPH CFBC (Hot cyclone) boiler (175 kg/cm2, 540 deg C) made byBHEL. Boiler having Double Combustor arrangement, Back pass having Super heaters, Re-heater, Economizer, and RAPH and TAPH arrangement. Four cyclone (Two for each combustor), Duct enclosed FBHE (Fluidized bed heat exchanger) consisting Super heater and Re-heater coils along with Seal pot arrangement. Experience of 2*250 MW Extraction - Condensing Steam Turbine (170 kg/cm2, 537 deg C) made by BHEL. Three cylinders arrangement with HP, IP and LP cylinders with different stages extractions. Experience of BFP, CWP, ACWP, TG DMCWP, SG DMCWP, Duplex filter, Vacuum pump operations and changeovers. Experience of Surface condensers with Natural draft cooling towers operations. Experience of DESH (De-superheating station) operations for SH & RH temperature controls. Basic knowledge of H2 gas purging (Hydrogen) for Generator cooling. Issue and cancellation of PTW (Permit to work) system, safe isolation, personal safety, and equipment safetyHVAC system handling of Chiller, compressor and drier
