About Hardik Bagrecha

Hello, my name is Hardik, and I am now working with Atombeg Technologies and was serving as an advisor to YFO Consulting, which provides end-to-end startup advisory. I\'ve had the opportunity to work closely with start-ups since the beginning of my professional career. During the encounter, I discovered that I enjoyed the founders\' enthusiasm, that I can provide value, and that I can be a part of the founders\' inspirational path. To get experience in the startup industry, I started as a consultant for a start-up consulting firm (Treelife Consulting) and then became an independent consultant to companies. My main responsibilities include coaching start-ups on the process, budgeting and forecasting, ERP deployments, project costing, due diligence, and financing, to mention a few. After working with a few start-ups, I decided to pursue a full-time financial job with Atomberg Technologies Private Limited, where my previous experience is reflected in the company\'s growth. Atomberg has received help with money-raising, process simplification, cost reduction programmes, and global growth, to name a few important areas. To name a few of my previous projects, one of our $400 million start-up partners was migrated from traditional accounting software to SAP in a record-breaking 5 months. Assisting in the raising of $32 million for the startup. In another case, I provided strategic advice to a hotel start-up on how to improve business processes, enhance existing business models, and put up a monitoring system that could provide timely insights to the management team.
