As the Operations Lead on LHR Solar\'s team, I first started off on a team by myself. After spending a semester without a team to support me, I recruited 10 team members, who I orchestrated in Corporate Relations and Public Relations teams. Over the course my team as a lead, I have brought in over 200K in funding and materials. The largest project I have led is a six-part docuseries that is being made on my team, and I take on the role as the narrator, along with planning all the logistics with the partner making the series.
