My current role consists of working within the Dev-Test Team as part of a group of approx. 30 Testers who are responsible for the testing of all business and operational products developed for/in use within the firm.I am involved in all aspects of Test Management, including estimating, test plans, test execution and reporting for all functional and non-functional testing.Working as part of a team focused on driving towards Agile delivery and influencing a risk-based testing approach.Duties: • Leading test consultants to define testing needs, approach, plans, schedules & execution.• Coaching and developing members of the team to set, apply & maintain excellent test standards.• Developing and building relationships across the board• Resolving problems and blockers as they occur with peers• Leading by example in areas of test management, planning & cost control.• Management of the test delivery of assigned resources, including work scheduling and execution.• Collaborating, communicating & working effectively with geographically distributed cross-functional teams and managed services personnel.• Reviewing & oversee test execution, including the creation and sharing of metrics to track progress against agreed timelines• Define, develop and maintain artefacts such as test plan, test reports or knowledge documentation.• Driving for continuous improvement in test process within an emerging agile team.
