Every stage of my life has been associated with an interesting location : growing up in Saudi Arabia, schooling in New Delhi, higher education in eastern part of India, worked for more than a decade in southern part of India, with almost a year at Singapore, two years at London and recently moved to Cambridge. As a keynote speaker at HR conferences I’ve had the pleasure of being invited to some lovely countries like Croatia and North Macedonia. As a Global HR Business Partner I’m fortunate to travel and work with colleagues across Spain, Portugal, Poland, Sweden, Canada and USA. I started my career at Deloitte 17 years ago, where I\'d served in many roles including HR Head for Financial Advisory Services (FAS), which was one of the five business-units of Deloitte at US India offices.The journey at AstraZeneca has led to accelerated learning across different roles such as HR Business Partner at AstraZeneca India, interim HR Head of AstraZeneca factory (India Site), deployed to Singapore as the Talent and Inclusion Lead for AstraZeneca Singapore office in 2020, before moving to London where I partnered with senior leaders responsible for $600+ Million business at UK. In my free time I build AI-agents that help HR teams navigate an increasingly complex world.I simply love my job and am easily excitable about AI, movies, poker, travel, people and work, not necessarily in that order!
