Spent around 8 years of initial period in Production engineering, R&D, Quality control and Logistics at Delhi / Noida in HCL Communication Ltd and then at HCL Infosystems Ltd. After that I was the Branch Head for Pune Branch for 4 years and managed the entire operation of sales and Support. Subsequent to this I have spent 3 years as Regional Manager at New Delhi and was heading the after sales support operations for Delhi Branch. Then I moved to Noida and started handling system integration projects at national level for 3 years. Currently heading the complete business operations nationally with P&L for Document Management Solutions. Makes the business plan, ensure the same is achieved with the desired profit as per the organisation\'s requirements.
