This made us the first company to do so, opening up opportunities for Indian professionals across Globe.We have taken up a pilot project with Ministry of education Ethiopia ( 1995 ), Ministry of education Eritrea( 1996 ), Ministry of education Maldives( 1996 ), Ministry of Health Singapore(1996 ) to recruit competent individuals from India. This has opened gates for multiple organisations across globe to leverage the right talent from India for the last two decades.My role and responsibilities: 1. Sourcing candidates from Job boards, Networking sites, Referral2. Screening profiles to see their fit with our clients3. Interview co-ordination 4. Post selection process
