I work at the level where medicine, drug development, and health systems are defined — not merely executed.As a physician and pharmacist by training, and former chair of pharmacology and personalised medicine, I have spent decades at the interface of biology, clinical reality, and pharmaceutical innovation. My work today focuses on strategic scientific architecture: identifying where prevailing narratives in medicine and pharma are incomplete, structurally flawed, or operationally misleading — and redesigning them so they become decisive at leadership and board level.Following academic and clinical appointments across the USA, Australia, Germany, and the Netherlands, and extensive experience in EU framework programmes, industry collaboration, and company formation, I concentrate on three core activities: • Reframing complex biomedical challenges into mechanism-based, decision-ready architectures • Designing innovation strategies that connect biology, data, and clinical implementation • Building translational models that move beyond buzzwords toward measurable structural changeMy background spans molecular pharmacology, systems medicine, network pharmacology, and drug repurposing.
