Experienced Drilling & Completion Superintendent / Manager with 30 years of experience in well engineering with a BSc./ Ing. in Drilling & Production Engineering complemented with an MSc. in Procurement & Supply Chain Management. My experience was acquired working for service companies, drilling contractors, well engineering consultancies and operators (majors and independents) on a global basis involving land rigs, jack-up and semi-submersibles assigned as drilling supervisor, senior drilling engineer, wells team leader, drilling superintendent and drilling manager. I have managed large scale drilling operations in hostile remote environments or single well operations. A proven track record of challenging convention and introducing differentiating technologies to enhance the value of projects. Great believer and practitioner of applying a systematic, process driven risked based decision making resulting in a continuous improvement culture to measure performance and deliver upper quartile well delivery performance.Strong focus on delivering long term value to projects and delivering projects under budget by creating collaborative environments with the supply chain and internal stakeholders (Sub-surface and Contracts & Procurement).Proven strong HSE leadership and ability to communicate HSE commitments at all levels of an organisation.
