Heading up the team of German in-house translators overseeing all copy as well as supervising content provided by third parties (language agencies, sole traders) as part of a hybrid 3P model- Liaising with creative and technological departments across the company to migrate stack on German NET-A-PORTER site in 2020 and newly launching German MRP site in 2023- Serving as point of contact across the company to ensure all content is accurately localised for the German market, including customer experience journey, app localisation and on-site quality control- Creation and maintenance of all style guides, defining in-house tone-of-voice- Managing up to 15 direct reports across both NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER- Daily workflow planning and staff/freelance/agency resourcing/training- SEO content controls and improvements in liaison with external SEO agency- Preparing in-house launches of new tech tools, both external (Phrase, formerly Memsource) as well as internal workflow tools by consulting on German language functionalities during development and creating in-house user guides- PO management and agency payment workflow coordination
