Responsible for all people development and talent management activities at Truma in Putzbrunn and for its subsidiaries in Italy, UK, USA, PRC. Building up a best in class personnel development and talent strategy for a mid seized mechanical engineering company that is the market leader in its sector in EU and Australia and has successfully entered the huge RV US market. Successfully developed and introduced HR tools like employee survey Top Job, competency model, ACs for leaders on all levels, clearly defined leadership culture, development programs for junior and senior leaders, coaching network, feedback for senior leaders including CEOs together with the University in St Gallen CH and new dual studies in Germany. In 2023 we are now introducing new leadership principles to all our global leaders and we\'ll adapt all our HR tools accordingly. In addition we are continuing our new international trainee program that we started in late 2022 for top talents with a challenging selection process. All our development activities are in line with our redefined company strategy and in close alignment with our CEOs.
