I’m a founder building ContinuumOne, an AI-powered health companion that transforms fragmented health data into clear, actionable insights. Over time, it will evolve into a Health OS that clinics, insurance providers, and doctors can use to gain a comprehensive understanding of a person’s health.ContinuumOne sits on top of wearables, lab reports, and medical records to give people a single, intelligent view of their health—what\'s working, what\'s risky, and what needs attention next.Instead of yet another fitness tracker dashboard, we\'re designing Vital AI as a health operating system: unified view of biometrics, labs, and lifestyle data; proactive insights about stress, sleep, metabolic health, and longevity risks; a conversational agent that understands a user\'s real health picture, not just their step count. All of this together forms the data layer that can be used to deliver truly personalized health optimization—rather than generic recommendations.My obsession is turning messy, real-world health data into decisions, whether that\'s for individuals optimizing performance today or healthcare systems improving outcomes in the future.Right now, I\'m focused on: building Vital AI\'s v1—product strategy, UX, and AI stack for a consumer health intelligence app; user discovery—talking to health-conscious professionals, biohackers, and people managing chronic conditions about how they actually use their health data; infrastructure and integrations—mapping the wearable/EHR ecosystem, HIPAA requirements, and the data pipelines needed to build trust at scale; technical network—partnering with engineers and operators who have shipped in healthtech, AI, or high-reliability systems.I\'m especially interested in connecting with: founders and operators in healthtech, AI infrastructure, and consumer wellness products; builders working with health data APIs, wearable integrations, or personalized medicine tools; investors and advisors who care about responsible, high-trust AI for health.If you\'re thinking about the future of how people understand and optimize their health, or you\'re building adjacent infrastructure, I\'d love to compare notes.
