Initiating job specific training sessions and Mockdrills as per site requirement. Conducting Risk Assessments for Routine and Non-routine work activities to analyse the effectiveness of existing control measures and decide on additional measures to be implemented at worksites for safe work completion. Ensure that any high risk work is performed only by Competent personnel with sufficient experience and skill for the specific job. Ensure that any power tool in use at work site is inspected and certified for it\'s safety once in a Month. Ensure that any heavy machinery in use at worksite such as Mobile cranes, manlifters and so on are in use only after getting certified by an approved third party inspection agency.
