About Amy Jackson

Travel is LIFE to me!I’m pretty sure my love for travel began when I was 12 years old and we went on our one and only “family” vacation to California. I had never been out of the State of Colorado up until that point and WOW what an eye opener that trip was. We drove through Utah, Las Vegas and made it to San Francisco. From San Francisco we made our way down through Anaheim, San Diego and then a quick stop in Tijuana. We did the obligatory “family” attractions but everywhere I looked there was something more to see and explore. Fast forward about 20 years until I was finally in a position to be able to afford to travel and started taking my son on different trips like Washington, D.C, London and an Alaskan Cruise. I’m a firm believer that the “World is bigger than your own backyard” and we need to get out there and explore it. Not everything needs to be an exotic, tropical destination. There is so much to see and do right where you live. I always tell people that the only thing I love more than my husband is traveling. It’s true! I don’t even have to be the one doing the traveling. I’m the odd-duck that gets excited to look at all of your vacation photos.I will even ask you tons of questions about them too. Happy Compass Travel was born out of my love of travel and having new experiences with other people and cultures. Whereas I can book any type of travel adventure you wish to go on, I specialize in Cruises, Train/Rail Travel, Europe and Groups. Let Happy Compass Travel help you realize your vacation and adventure dreams. Contact me at 72••••••18 or A•••@HappyCompassTravel.com
