I am a dedicated Occupational/Physiotherapy Assistant (OTA/PTA) student at Seneca College, with a strong background in fitness and health promotion. Through my clinical placements, I gained hands-on experience assisting with patient assessments, supporting therapeutic exercises, and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver person-centered care.In addition to my placement, I currently work at Shoppers Drug Mart, where I have developed strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills. My previous education in Fitness and Health Promotion at St. Lawrence College has provided me with a solid foundation in anatomy, physiology, and strength and conditioning, which I apply in both clinical and everyday settings.Passionate about helping clients improve mobility, manage pain, and enhance their overall quality of life, I am eager to continue growing my practical experience, expanding my knowledge, and contributing to healthcare teams in meaningful ways.
