   1) Compile results from biomarker measurements obtained through instrument analysis, including both immunoassays and mass spectrometry-based assays. 2) Design and conduct bioinformatic and statistical analyses to investigate the associations between biofluid biomarkers and various sociodemographic and clinical variables. 3) Interpret results of statistical and bioinformatic analyses. 4) Assist in formulating study designs, including determining appropriate sample sizes and conducting power calculations, and contribute to developing prespecified statistical and bioinformatic analysis plans. 5) Design and implement an appropriate randomization scheme to determine the sample run order for biomarker measurements. 6) Participate in the preparation of manuscripts and research reports and presentations from data generated by various studies. 7) Document analyses and constructs used in analysis. 8) Collaborate closely with investigators and other team members as needed to complete publications etc.
