Senior Training Content Specialist at Deliveroo. No, that does not mean I get free food all the time! My role actually focuses on creating and delivering engaging training content across different global markets, including Wolt. This involves having an appetite of making learning easy to digest, interactive, and meaningful for agents. Whether it\'s serving up bite-sized learning or bringing together the right ingredients for a successful training experience, I\'m passionate and hungry for people to learn, grow and succeed!Before joining Deliveroo, I built my skillset - brick by brick! That includes 5 years within the Banking and Finance sector across Learning & Development, Recruitment, HR, and People Operations. From hiring, vetting, training, and supporting new starters, I’ve always enjoyed people-focused roles where I can play a part in someone’s growth and development journey.Outside of work, I deeply care about mental health awareness and advocacy. Having experienced mental health challenges myself, it’s a cause that genuinely hits close to home. I support charities like Mind through fundraising and awareness campaigns to help encourage open conversations and support those who may be struggling.I’m also a creative person at heart — I love digital art, painting, baking, travelling, and bringing creativity into both my work and personal projects.
