Currently a Graduate Research Assistant at BU School of Medicine’s Bio-Imaging & Informatics Lab, developing a deep learning framework for automated brain MRI segmentation targeting neuroimaging biomarkers of Alzheimer’s disease. The system retrieves relevant materials from BPL\'s archive using vector database retrieval (Chroma/Pinecone) and LLM-powered contextual explanations (OpenAI/Claude API), enabling patrons to search library resources through conversational queries rather than keyword matching. Developing an evaluation framework to measure retrieval accuracy and generation quality over time.
