ABOUT HAOYU RAO

With a strong educational foundation in law acquired in China, France, the Netherlands and the United States, my legal journey has taken me across three continents, providing me with a unique perspective and a deep understanding of global legal systems. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in various esteemed institutions, including state courts, the United Nations, and arbitration-related institutions and companies. I am dedicated to promoting fairness, justice, and efficient resolutions in the international legal landscape. Beyond my professional pursuits, I have been actively engaged in numerous pro bono legal initiatives, advocating for the rights of minority communities in China, Europe, and the United States. This commitment to social justice and human rights reflects my belief in using my legal knowledge and experience to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need.
