ABOUT HAOJI ZENG

Haoji Zeng is an operations analytics and continuous improvement professional working at the intersection of technology, business, and operational excellence. He helps organizations bridge the gap between data and decision-making by transforming complex, multi-source data into executive-ready insights that drive efficiency, revenue growth, and scalable operations. His work spans end-to-end supply chain transformation—from procurement and sourcing to logistics and last-mile optimization—leveraging SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel, AI-enabled analytics, and Six Sigma methodologies. Haoji has led data-driven process improvements in time-critical airline catering operations, supported COVID-19 vaccination data research at Johns Hopkins University, built customer forecasting and analytics solutions as a data scientist, and delivered technology-driven operational insights through close cross-functional collaboration.
