Oversee financial and controlling aspects of business operations-Ensure the accuracy of financial data reported to KUKA headquarters-Create annual budget and mid-term planning for corporate, implement budgetary control for capital investments and department expenditures-Manage monthly financial forecast, cash flow forecast, and quarterly rolling forecast-Perform variance analysis and discuss measures to support target achievement (order intake, revenue, EBIT, etc.)-Lead project review meeting and financial review meeting with corporate business units and KUKA Systems group controlling department-Review monthly productivity and floor space utilization level, check and update internal cost rates for quoting and cost tracking purpose-Review and approve adding new customers, suppliers, and procurement purchase orders-Support internal and external audit-Fulfill government reporting requirement.
