I am a Solicitor in England & Wales and an Advocate in the Republic of Yemen with almost a decade of experience in dispute resolution, which encompasses working on investment treaty arbitration, commercial arbitration and court litigation. My experience encompasses participating in 9 arbitration hearings (under ICC, LCIA, ICSID and UNCITRAL Rules) and 8 hearings before the English High Court.I am member of the ICSID Panels of Conciliators and of Arbitrators. I authored an article published by Oxford University Press’ Arbitration International - the official journal of London Court of International Arbitration - entitled “Blockades and international investment treaties”. I regularly deliver training to States and state officials on international disputes.
