lead and develop the UK and IE approach to continuous improvement in all CFF units playing a key role inimproving our ways of working and inspiring our co-workers to engage and drive continuous improvement. Working closely with the CFF Management Team and IKEA Group colleagues in identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities. Identify, assess, facilitate, design and coach the implementation as per the INGKA Improvement Framework creating a strategic roll out plan for all CFF Units. Crate functional knowledge and insights to build and deploy a sustainable Continuous Improvement mindset within all CFF Co-workers. Leading business results by leveraging skills and knowledge of our coworkers and CI tools.
